Our factory in Lalitpur partners directly with local dairy cooperatives to source fresh, raw milk every morning. This raw milk goes through rigorous testing before it enters our slow-condensation cookers. We use 100% real sugar and pure milk, completely omitting synthetic stabilizers.
By establishing high-hygiene standards on our factory floors and supporting local dairy farmers, we create a sustainable value chain. Gothaalo kulfi is more than a dessert; it is an effort to elevate Nepalese agricultural processing to world-class standards.
